Notes

  1. We would be running only email campaigns as it is giving better and scalable results.
  2. We would be managing all three timezones.
    1. Note: In US support would be present till 1 AM IST.
      1. If we go ahead with this plan we would aim to expand on this support time as well by getting one US timezone rep in place in 1 week timeframe.
  3. 15% commission would stay intact.
  4. Market/Data iteration would happen as we see the results after 1st week of campaign goes live.
  5. Domain Cost would be excluded from the proposal.
  6. We would plan the 75 inbox usage depending upon the extracted database.
  7. Goal is to charge fair price for each line item and work together to get repeatable niche so that wealth is created for the customer and us through closed deal.
  8. To simplify billing we usually move all the billing cycle/date to 1st of the month, which we can do whenever majority of the campaigns/markets are on auto-pilot.

Suggestion

  1. In case the decision making from the above plan is becoming complex, I would suggest coming up with an channel expansion budget and Yash Chowdhury would get back to you with the best POA in the budget to gain more traction so that in few weeks ROI is justified.
